CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) Search has been retained to identify a Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, billing, cash management, and GAAP compliance. This role manages accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, general ledger activity, contract administration, financial analysis, and month-end and year-end closing processes.

The Controller works closely with leadership to monitor financial performance, improve processes, and support

Qualifications

Experience with accounting software and MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate degree considered with relevant experience.

Responsabilités

Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll support, and GL activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and GAAP compliance.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Prepare journal entries, adjusting entries, and reconciliations.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and cash forecasting.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Support external CPA audits, tax filings, and reviews.
Develop and monitor financial metrics to measure profitability and performance.
Review contracts, pricing, and invoicing accuracy; ensure timely billing and collections.
