Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT is seeking a seasoned Corporate Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, and DPAs. The role partners with Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT, and Compliance to ensure risk-aware, scalable contracting processes.

You will lead drafting, negotiation, CLM administration, and template development, travel up to 10%, and report on contract metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in-house experience as a contracts manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of procurement contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, and DPAs.
• Negotiate legal and commercial terms with vendors to balance pricing protections, service levels, warranties, IP rights, confidentiality, data protection, security, liability, indemnification, audits, termination, and compliance.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract terms, negotiation strategy and risks.
• Administer contract workflows and approvals in CLM per internal policies.
• Maintain accurate contract records in CLM and support CLM training.
• Support use of e-signature tools for timely execution of agreements.
• Develop, maintain, and improve templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and procedures.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on contract volume, turnaround times, renewals, and risk trends.
• Assist with complex and sensitive projects as assigned.
