Job summary

HCA is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, and contract management activities for assigned business areas. You will negotiate supplier agreements, manage procurement initiatives, and partner with Legal and stakeholder teams to mitigate risk and maximize value.

The role requires collaboration across Legal, Information Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, Finance, and business units, with responsibilities spanning contract lifecycle and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract management, vendor management, or related field.
• Ability to negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier relationships.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and partner with business units on sourcing and contracts.
• Negotiate terms, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost-effective outcomes.
