Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of communications experience in corporate communications or PR.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Create content for employee-facing channels (email, intranet, digital signage, videos, leadership communications).
• Support communications for organizational changes, initiatives, employee programs and events.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop messaging.
• Support town halls and engagement initiatives with presentations and summaries.
• Maintain and update content calendars.
• Draft press releases, media statements, fact sheets, and external announcements.
• Support media relations and coordinate responses to inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends.
