Job summary

SLB is seeking an Internal Communications Senior Specialist to translate complex topics into clear, engaging stories that connect business priorities with teams worldwide. You will partner with leaders across operations, technology, and communications to develop strategies, campaigns, and measurement frameworks that demonstrate the impact of SLB’s digital transformation.

The role requires strong writing, global collaboration, and the ability to simplify technical content for diverse audiences

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content.
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies in a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to connect technical and business topics—including supply chain, digital enablement, performance and value assurance—to broader company and industry narrative.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and editorial planning.
• Comfort working with data and communication metrics to drive improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies for Global Supply and DE&VA aligned with SLB’s overall business priorities and strategic narrative.
• Support major Global Supply and DE&VA initiatives and campaigns, including value chain transformation, digital enablement, technology adoption, business process improvement and continuous improvement.
• Partner with global communications teams to build and maintain an integrated editorial calendar.
• Create clear, engaging content that simplifies complex technical topics and connects them to real-world impact.
• Translate Global Supply and DE&VA priorities into compelling stories for internal and external audiences.
• Develop thought leadership and innovation stories that position SLB as a leader in supply chain excellence, digital enablement and measurable business value.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across owned, earned, shared and paid platforms.
• Continuously improve communication channels to increase reach and engagement.
• Ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand and aligned with SLB’s corporate narrative.
• Track and analyze communication effectiveness (open rates, engagement, click-through rates and other key metrics).
• Use insights to refine content, improve performance and inform future campaigns.
• Partner with Executive, Internal, External, Brand, Division and Regional Communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Work closely with Global Supply and DE&VA executive leaders and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, timely and impactful messaging.
• Ensure alignment with SLB brand standards and corporate messaging.
