Job summary

Referment is seeking an Internal Communications Associate to connect colleagues with business priorities and leadership updates across the firm. You’ll translate complex topics for internal audiences, draft and edit content for announcements, blog posts, live events and video, and help manage delivery across several workstreams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders, delivering clear messaging, and bringing ideas from brainstorming through execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience in communications, professional writing or editorial work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organisation and project management, with the capacity to manage several workstreams and maintain close attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
• Intellectual curiosity and the initiative to source and execute new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies and programmes aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with colleagues across the organisation, including senior leadership, to draft business updates and communications around strategic initiatives.
• Edit and improve content ranging from organisation-wide announcements and blog posts to live events and video.
• Turn complex information into clear, precise messaging for varied internal audiences.
• Support project and process management while contributing ideas from initial brainstorming through delivery.
