Senior PsychCare Health is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support provider recruitment across Texas and neighboring states. The role partners with Regional Directors and HR to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, and to nurture ongoing talent relationships.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound recruiting, onboarding assistance, and collaboration with sales/marketing resources to meet organizational staffing needs for clinical positions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Recruiting and Selection (any industry)
• Experience using software and search tools to find a pool of candidates
• Hardworking and goal-oriented mindset
• Organized and able to manage many applicants for multiple positions

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies, focusing on provider recruiting
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and HR to draft job descriptions and criteria
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
• Coordinate with sales/marketing resources to identify recruiting needs
• Maintain professional knowledge via workshops, publications, networks and societies
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees
