Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement across Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, HR, IT, and other functions. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, issue RFQs, compare proposals, and negotiate terms to ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include creating purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, supporting renewals, and tracking savings and supplier performance while upholding our rigorous procurement standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Two or more years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or similar role.
• Demonstrated data mining, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to organize complex data and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience conducting competitive bids and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing needs for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, timing and budget.
• Issue RFQs and competitive bids; evaluate supplier proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and documentation compliance.
• Track savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance.
• Support larger procurement initiatives across the organization.
