Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement for corporate functions, including Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, HR, IT, and more. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs, run competitive sourcing, and negotiate supplier terms in alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities include issuing requests for quotation, evaluating proposals, creating POs, and supporting renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Two or more years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related experience.
• Strong data mining, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with competitive bids and supplier negotiations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, timing, and budget.
• Issue RFQs and bids; evaluate proposals and select best option.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Create and manage purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and documentation.
• Track savings and supplier performance; maintain procurement records.
• Support higher-priority sourcing initiatives as needed.
