Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement activities for corporate teams, including Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and IT. You will understand business needs, conduct competitive sourcing, negotiate supplier terms, and ensure purchases follow policy and approval workflows.

Collaboration with stakeholders to align on requirements, scope, and budget is essential, with focus on driving savings and compliant purchasing processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven data mining, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with competitive bidding and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing needs for corporate functions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, timing, and budget.
• Prepare and issue requests for quotation and competitive bids.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels with suppliers.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and documentation.
• Track savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance.
