Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement across Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing and other teams. You will understand business needs, run competitive sourcing, negotiate terms, and ensure compliant purchasing.

The role emphasizes data mining, analysis, and presenting actionable insights to improve supplier terms and overall value. Strong Excel/ERP proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related role.
• Demonstrated data mining, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to organize complex data and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Experience conducting competitive bids and negotiating supplier terms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing needs for corporate functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, scope, timing, and budget.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and competitive bids.
• Compare supplier proposals and recommend best options.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service levels, and other commercial terms.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Support contract renewals and seek pricing/term improvements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and documentation.
• Resolve supplier, PO, invoice, and service-related issues.
• Track savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and follow policies.
• Support broader sourcing initiatives with procurement leaders.
• Take on other priorities as needed.
