Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement for corporate functions, including Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and IT. You will understand business needs, run competitive sourcing, negotiate supplier terms, and ensure policy-compliant purchasing.

The role involves preparing RFQs, evaluating proposals, and maintaining supplier records while driving savings and process improvements across multiple functional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing for corporate functions.
• Gather requirements, scope, timing, and budget with stakeholders.
• Issue RFQs and competitive bids.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and select best option.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Support contract renewals and pricing improvements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and docs.
• Resolve issues with suppliers, POs, invoices, and services.
• Track savings and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records per policy.
• Support leaders on large sourcing initiatives.
• Take on other procurement priorities as needs evolve.
