Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement for Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and more. You will engage internal stakeholders, run competitive sourcing, and ensure purchases align with policies and approvals.

Responsibilities include issuing RFQs, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining supplier records and contracts. You will help drive cost savings and manage multiple priorities across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance or data analytics.
• 2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or related business role.
• Experience with data mining, analysis, and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing needs for corporate teams.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, scope and budget.
• Prepare and issue RFQ and competitive bids.
• Compare supplier proposals and recommend best option.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Support contract renewals and improve pricing or terms.
• Coordinate onboarding, insurance, compliance and documentation.
• Track savings, sourcing activity and supplier performance.
• Follow company policies and approval processes.
