Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement for our corporate functions, including Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and IT. You will work with internal stakeholders to understand needs, conduct sourcing, negotiate supplier terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities include issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, negotiating terms, maintaining PO records, and supporting contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or a related business role.
• Demonstrated capability in data mining, data analysis, and data presentation.
• Ability to organize complex data and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Experience conducting competitive bids, analyzing supplier proposals, or supporting negotiations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing for corporate functional teams.
• Understand requirements, scope, timing, and budget with stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue requests for quotation and competitive bids.
• Compare supplier proposals and recommend best option.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and other terms.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Support contract renewals and identify opportunities to improve pricing or terms.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and required documentation.
• Resolve supplier, PO, invoice, and service-related issues.
• Track savings and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement records and follow policies.
• Support procurement leaders on large sourcing initiatives.
• Take on other procurement priorities as needed.
