Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Corporate Buyer to support procurement for corporate functions including Finance, Operations, Environmental, Marketing, and IT. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs, run competitive sourcing, negotiate supplier terms, and ensure adherence to policies.

You will create and maintain purchase orders, manage supplier records, and track savings and performance while contributing to a compliant and efficient procurement function across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or data analytics, or equivalent.
• At least two years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or related role.
• Experience with competitive bids and supplier negotiations.
• Strong data mining, analysis, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and sourcing needs for corporate functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timing, and budget.
• Prepare and issue RFQs and competitive bids.
• Compare supplier proposals and recommend best options.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, service levels, and terms.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, agreements, and supplier records.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, insurance, compliance, and documentation.
• Track savings, sourcing activity, and supplier performance.
• Support contract renewals and seek pricing or terms improvements.
• Assist procurement leaders on larger sourcing initiatives.
