City National Bank of Florida is seeking an experienced banking professional to serve as the primary advisor for a Corporate Banking client portfolio in Miami. You will develop new relationships, manage revenue-generating client accounts, and coordinate with risk managers to structure loans and Treasury solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship growth, client retention, and cross-selling of banking products while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Commercial Lending experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with aggressive goals.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and CRM applications.

Responsabilités

• Meets or exceeds sales and retention goals while complying with policies.
• Expand existing relationships and solicit new business through referrals and cold calls.
• Directs sales and service of financial services to Corporate Banking clients per loan quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with risk and product teams to meet client needs and service levels.
• Review loan requests and participate in underwriting to ensure portfolio quality.
• Negotiate loan terms and manage risk in collaboration with Corporate Banking Manager.
