The role spans lending, treasury, capital markets, and risk management to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; three years in Corporate/Investment banking or related roles.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within six months (Regions pays fees).

Responsibilities

• Supports senior Corporate Bankers in origination, structuring, and execution of credit, capital markets, and advisory transactions.
• Develops client materials: company overviews, industry insights, financing alternatives, and return analyses.
• Prepares internal credit materials and risk assessments ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards.
