You will collaborate with senior bankers, develop client materials, create cash flow models, and coordinate product delivery across treasury management, capital markets, and risk management as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Three years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking or related roles
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain within six months (paid for by Regions)

Responsibilities

• Supports origination, structuring, and execution of credit and advisory transactions.
• Develops client materials and financing alternatives.
• Builds financial analyses, cash flow models, debt capacity, and leverage analyses.
• Coordinates internal deal teams and partners with product specialists across Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Risk, and Credit Products.
• Participates in client meetings, due diligence, and negotiations; grows relationship management responsibilities.
