Hillpointe is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to own the monthly close for corporate and holding entities, including intercompany activity and consolidations. You will lead budget development and variance analysis, coordinate with Tax, Legal and Treasury, and supervise staff and offshore resources.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate accounting, strong Excel modeling, and experience with RealPage, Entrata, Ramp, and Sage Intacct.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity close and consolidation.
Working knowledge of real estate accounting: leases, CAM, intercompany structures, capital events and distributions.
Experience building budgets and departmental expense reporting with business leaders.
Strong Excel modeling; experience with RealPage, Entrata, Ramp and Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP.

Responsabilidades

Own the monthly close for corporate and holding company entities, including intercompany activity and eliminations.
Provide governance for affiliate reporting and lead monthly review meetings with leadership.
Lead the annual corporate budget build and report monthly variances with explanations.
Document SOPs for recurring deliverables and support ERP transitions across systems.
