Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; property management or real estate accounting preferred/required.
• Experience using Yardi and Foundation; AP/AR entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, reconciliation).
• GAAP knowledge; ability to work with multiple properties and teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor invoices into Yardi and Foundation with accurate coding.
• Verify documentation and approvals before processing invoices.
• Identify duplicates, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain vendor records.
• Record tenant charges, payments, and other receivables; apply receipts.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting for multiple properties.
• Prepare property financial statements and schedules for review.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and assist audits.
