You will ensure ledger integrity, prepare journal entries, and coordinate with Operations, Asset Management, and the Corporate Controller for accurate, timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with intercompany transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility-level and platform-wide revenue accounting for the storage portfolio.
• Prepare journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts; consolidate financials and intercompany eliminations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting; support funding requests.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and provide variance analysis.
