Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Corporate Accounting Analyst to support monthly and quarterly close, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue validation, and budgeting/reporting activities.

You will collaborate with property teams, People, and IT to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies while working across fixed assets, retail accounting, and gift card programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with systems and reporting: Great Plains, TM1 and Cognos Analytics
• Excel proficiency and data mining/analysis
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver
• Quick learner and multi-tasker
• Maintains confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close processes and prepare journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and verify revenue
• Manage fixed assets accounting across corporate entities.
• Handle lease accounting under ASC 842 and gift card program.
• Collaborate with property teams, People, and IT for accurate reporting.
• Prepare quarter-end reporting and variance analyses for management.
• Research and respond to leadership questions to aid decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with business partners to identify process improvements.
