Job summary

Stripe is seeking a consultative, creative recruiter to support Core Business functions with robust full-cycle recruiting across finance, legal, strategy, and other specialized areas.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, translate market insights into actionable plans, and build strong candidate relationships across geographies. The role emphasizes data-informed decision making and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy, talent-market insights, and complex searches
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data and market knowledge
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and engaging candidates for specialized or senior roles
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies or advising on location strategy

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, advise leaders on hiring strategy and market conditions
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies that support headcount goals
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
• Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, competitive dynamics, and hiring approaches for specialized and senior roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience throughout the process
• Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear updates to business leaders
• Improve recruiting processes where needed, testing practical changes that help hiring teams move with clarity and consistency
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal, to support a smooth offer and onboarding experience
