Job summary

The University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business, Executive Education, seeks a proactive Program Coordinator to join the team. The position is fully on-site at the campus in Salt Lake City, with a 40-hour work week and occasional evening/weekend work to support classes and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency, plus one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality of class days by working with faculty and managing logistics.
• Manage classroom reservations, snacks and meals, IT/AV equipment, and course materials for optimal participant experience.
• Serve as a resource for participants and represent executive education programs accurately.
• Track budgets, reconcile bills, and ensure proper billing to accounts.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify client opportunities and support program delivery.
