Job summary

The University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, Executive Education, is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to join the team. The role supports business development and program coordination, collaborating with the Business Development Team to nurture client relationships and ensure seamless execution of Executive Education programs.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail, with opportunities to engage in proposals,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency is required in combination with two years of related work experience.
Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and ensure quality of class days by coordinating with faculty and arranging logistics.
Manage classroom reservations, snacks and meals, IT/AV equipment, course materials and related logistics.
Serve as a resource for class participants and provide guidance on program components.
Represent executive education programs and the university accurately, partnering with the Manager to run programs effectively.
Maintain accurate event records and collect feedback for improvements.
Collaborate with Manager on evaluations for events, new programs and projects.
Track budgets, reconcile bills, and ensure proper billing to accounts.
Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate client needs and evening/weekend work when required.
Engage in communication with business development team, clients, and participants via calls, meetings and email.
