Job summary

Uniglo Financial Limited is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the CEO in translating strategy into executable plans. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and set performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency across all units.

The ideal candidate has substantial senior operational leadership experience, a strong financial mindset, and a track record of scaling B2B organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior operational leadership or executive management role.
• Proven experience building operational processes and business infrastructure from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing B2B organisations.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Experience reporting directly to a CEO or Board is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision.
• Build, implement and optimise operational processes and business systems.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional performance.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance and implement data-driven decision making.
• Manage budgets, resources and operational planning.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective corporate governance.
