Job summary

GVW Group seeks a Chief Business Officer to partner with the Chairman and drive the strategic vision across portfolio companies. You will lead finance and business operations, shaping policies, processes, and a culture of accountability, with emphasis on sound judgment and risk management.

You will translate executive goals into actionable plans, improve RONA and cash flow, and ensure cross-portfolio alignment with the company’s aggressive growth agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic holding company or lead finance role in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and understand the Chairman's desired state for the portfolio.
• Implement and manage operating policies to execute the Chairman's vision.
• Translate C-suite goals into tangible working reality for employees.
• Develop and execute analysis of business initiatives (growth, M&A, launches).
• Challenge opinions while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
• Improve cash flow and return on net assets (RONA).
• Set performance targets and monitor KPI progress for leadership.
