Job summary

Finlays Solutions seeks a Chief Operating Officer to join its senior leadership and drive a sustainable, profitable growth plan over five years through clear strategic goals, team motivation across markets, and targeted mergers and acquisitions.

Leading World Class Operations, the COO will ensure proper controls, reporting, quality, safety, sustainability, and people systems to scale the business and maintain financial strength across its U.S., U.K., and Kenya factories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SLT to develop and execute the business vision and strategy.
• Provide leadership of Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions in line with mission and sustainability.
• Drive best-in-class manufacturing practices to optimize engagement, productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy and drive continuous improvements.
• Develop and mentor direct reports across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement.
