Qualifications

• Active NC HVAC H2 license required.
• Senior operations or executive leadership in a multi-location service or HVAC/industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and managers through growth and change.
• Strong financial understanding: P&L, gross margin, cash flow, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Translate company vision into clear annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly execution priorities.
• Lead the executive team and hold leaders accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Run the operating cadence and ensure commitments are completed on time.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to drive accountability.
• Oversee alignment of departments to operate as one company with clear priorities and results.
