Rhema Executives seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across manufacturing, fleet, field service, and supply chain. The role partners with the CEO and Board to translate strategy into disciplined execution, driving profitability, safety leadership, and continuous improvement across North American sites.

The COO will build a high-performance culture, oversee governance, and guide transformation initiatives including digital modernization and asset management.

• Full P&L ownership across multi-site operations.
• Strong safety and regulatory performance track record.
• Experience with change management and enterprise transformation.
