Job summary

RQ+ is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to translate strategic vision into operational results and scale organizational systems. You will partner with the CEO, drive cross-functional alignment, and standardize frameworks to improve efficiency and margins across departments.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, strong governance, and financial acumen, with readiness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive organizational leadership experience.
• Experience reporting to a CEO, president, or similar.
• Strong leadership with governance and accountability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Outstanding communication, both written and verbal, with ability to synthesize updates into executive plans.
• Understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and scalable processes in partnership with the CEO.
• Establish rhythm with department leaders and provide progress updates and roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and remove operational silos across units.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, and P&L in collaboration with Finance.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture with mentorship and accountability.
