The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-site operations, Lean/Six Sigma, and strategic execution, with strong financial acumen and leadership across functions.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive operations leadership, multi-site.
Experience as COO or senior operations executive.
Experience with internationally managed suppliers.
Proven track record in Lean, six sigma, and process improvements.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
Develop multi-year operations strategy aligned with growth.
Drive Lean initiatives, process standardization, and automation.
Oversee measurement systems, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with CEO/CFO on budgets, forecasting, and board reporting.
