Job summary

Allied Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee core accounting and financial reporting across its portfolio, including multi-entity consolidation, acquisition integration, and job costing.

The role partners with CFO and operating leaders to implement standardized policies, drive timely close, and strengthen internal controls in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment. Remote work with ~20% national travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience integrating acquired companies into existing accounting structures.
• Experience standardizing reporting across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience leading external financial statement audits.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online across multiple entities.
• Ability to manage multi-brand consolidation and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Hands-on experience with job costing and WIP reporting.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting and variance analysis.
• Leadership and development of accounting teams.
