This leader will oversee the consolidated close, drive accounting integration for acquisitions, implement scalable policies, and optimize ERP and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Experience leading multi-entity consolidations and close processes.
Experience with private equity-backed, high-growth or acquisition-driven environments.
M&A integration and ERP systems optimization experience.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting operations across multiple units and locations.
Oversee consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
Direct consolidated financial reporting and GAAP compliance.
Partner with executives on financial strategy and policies.
Mentor and develop Controllers and accounting leaders.
Lead acquisitions integrations: systems, reporting, controls, accounting processes.
Drive ERP optimization and continuous process improvements.
Provide strategic financial insights to inform decisions.
