LHH in Napa, CA is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting for a growing organization. This fully onsite role combines strategic oversight with hands-on daily accounting activities to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

You will manage month-end close, consolidate statements, GAAP compliance, cash management, and staff development, partnering with leadership on forecasting and strategic planning. CPA preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience leading month-end and year-end close processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop accounting teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Support leadership with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Oversee general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.
