LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations in Northern California, driving close timelines, consolidations, and intercompany transactions. This hands-on leader will partner with executives on strategic financial initiatives and develop a high-performing team across multiple entities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Controller/Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager-level leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation in finance.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage consolidated reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial controls.
• Drive automation and process improvement across accounting and finance.
• Partner with leadership to improve reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to improve financial visibility.
