Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in accounting/finance/business.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting and administrative teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR administration and payroll management.
