Job summary

Conexus is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function during growth and transformation. You will manage a small team, build a stronger reporting function for executives, and participate in system implementations while reporting to the CFO.

This is a high-visibility role requiring cross-functional collaboration and process improvements. The ideal candidate has multi-entity experience, GAAP expertise, and a track record of leading ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience at the Assistant Controller or Senior Accounting Manager level.
• Multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the move from cash-basis accounting to GAAP-compliant financial statements with accrual framework.
• Prepare financials for external audit and strengthen controls and documentation.
• Oversee accounting for multi-entity structure with intercompany and consolidated reporting.
• Act as project lead for ERP system selection, implementation, data migration and adoption.
• Supervise accounts payable, cash accounting, and build a culture of accountability.
