Job summary

Digital Cloak, LLC is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function and partner with the CFO on financial reporting, planning, and risk management. The role focuses on establishing policy, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring GAAP compliance across all financial processes.

The Controller will direct ERP systems implementation, oversee the close process, and produce timely financial reports for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/close-automation platforms used by modern finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of DFARS, FAR, DCAA, and DCMA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting operations including general ledger, billing, AP, AR, payroll and bank reconciliations.
• Ensures timely production of periodic financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Leads monthly close, budget and forecasting processes, and cost/price proposal development for bids.
• Oversees pricing strategy and coordination with Business Development and Contracts.
