Qualifications

• 5+ years KPI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of CO-specific regulations relevant to finance work.
• Cross-functional collaboration fundamentals with Workday planning experience.
• Calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and ability to over-share early and trim later.
• Familiarity with Hyperion and related tools or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
• Tighten the revenue-recognition policy as deals become more complex.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into readable structure.
• Pair KPI reporting with data-driven review of downside case.
• Close the books each month with accuracy across entries.
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Boulder, CO team.
• Chase unreconciled items until subledger ties to the GL.
