This role will be the top financial and accounting expert, overseeing taxes, insurance, and outsourced HR/payroll while maintaining direct collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive accounting experience in a professional services firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence outcomes with or without line authority.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving.
