Job summary

Trusted Ally Home Care in Greenwood Village, CO seeks a Controller to lead all finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, revenue cycle, and internal controls. You will partner with executive leadership to ensure financial sustainability, compliance, and data-driven decision making across a multi-state organization.

The role requires seven years of progressive finance experience, a CPA or CMA preferred, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of progressive finance, accounting, revenue cycle, or healthcare financial management experience.
• Experience in home health, home care, or multi-state operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and monthly close activities.
• Oversee revenue cycle, payer reimbursement, and billing operations to improve collections.
• Manage contracts, internal controls, and compliance programs across states.
• Partner with executives to drive strategic financial planning and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate tax planning, treasury management, and board reporting.
