Job summary

Dunhill Staffing Systems is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations for company development, homebuilding, and real estate businesses in Bluffton, SC. This strategic leadership role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits while ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 6 years of experience as a controller, and CPA and/or MBA qualifications. Strong analytical capabilities and experience in real estate finance are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years minimum experience as controller, preferably in a development/real estate environment.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA desired.
• Development, homebuilding, and real estate finance experience.

Responsibilities
