Your Impact

• Build and lead the company’s financial structure for a major new development
• Manage accounting related aspects of real estate including transactions, development, asset management, leasing, and property management
• Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP, relevant tax regulations, and industry standards
• Monitor and manage project cash flows, process construction loan draws, and manage contractor payment
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to enhance the integrity of financial reporting and safekeeping of assets

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in the South Florida region
• 8–10 years of audit experience including leadership/manager role, ideally with a large regional or national CPA firm
• CPA with expertise in GAAP and at least some experience in one or more of the following:
  • Acquisitions

  • Capital Markets (Debt)
  • Bank Relations
  • Leasing Analysis
  • Strategic Planning
  • Team Building
• Skilled in project budgets and financial forecasts
