Your Impact

Build and lead the company’s financial structure for a major new development
Manage accounting related aspects of real estate including transactions, development, asset management, leasing, and property management
Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP, relevant tax regulations, and industry standards
Monitor and manage project cash flows, process construction loan draws, and manage contractor payment
Develop and implement effective internal controls to enhance the integrity of financial reporting and safekeeping of assets

Who We’re Looking For

Based in the South Florida region
8–10 years of audit experience including leadership/manager role, ideally with a large regional or national CPA firm
CPA with expertise in GAAP and at least some experience in one or more of the following:
- Acquisitions
- Asset Management
- Capital Markets (Debt)
- Bank Relations
- Leasing Analysis
- Strategic Planning
- Team Building
Skilled in project budgets and financial forecasts
