Qualifications

Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
Manage and refine job costing processes to ensure accurate tracking of project performance and profitability.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Partner with ownership and project leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and budget analysis.
Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
