Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Manage and refine job costing processes to ensure accurate tracking of project performance and profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Partner with ownership and project leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and budget analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
