Job summary

Engineered Profiles LLC seeks a results-driven Controller to standardize processes, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead a small accounting team in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and scalable Finance operations tied to production metrics.

The ideal candidate will integrate AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, standard costing, inventory controls.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting per US GAAP.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reviews.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings; liaise with external CPA.
• Drive AI-enabled tools, automation, and data analytics in processes.
• Support budget, cash-flow forecasting, and working capital management.
• Maintain internal controls and drive process improvements.
