Job summary

Omnidian, Inc. in Seattle seeks a seasoned Controller to guide the accounting function and partner with the CFO and senior leaders on scalable finance strategy. You will own close, consolidations, and compliance, and build robust processes across the business.

You will manage a 4–8 person team, drive AI-enabled automation in financial workflows, and act as a trusted partner to executives across Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, and HR.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required and progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge with consolidations and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in multi-entity environments and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and international entities.
• Own consolidated financial statements under US GAAP with intercompany eliminations.
• Drive audit readiness, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee systems, AI enablement, and accounting automation initiatives.
