Job summary

Parallel Web Systems is seeking a Controller to build and lead its accounting function as we scale a generational AI infrastructure company. You will own month-end close, financial statements, US GAAP and revenue recognition, audit readiness, tax and internal controls, and you’ll build the accounting team responsible for end-to-end processes.

You’ll stand up the close, chart of accounts, and core policies while driving usage-based revenue considerations and system choices.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth tech.
• CPA and Big 4 background; US GAAP expertise with usage-based revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, financial statements, and revenue recognition end-to-end.
• Set close process, chart of accounts, and core policies; drive system selection.
• Build and lead the accounting team; partner with finance, revenue, legal, and operations.
