SIU HealthCare seeks a procurement contracts administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and leases for SIU School of Medicine and SIU HealthCare. The role ensures compliance with procurement codes, regulations, and policies while driving efficiency and transparency in contracting.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, route them for internal approvals, and maintain a centralized electronic repository.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract lifecycle administration in the organization’s e-procurement and contract management systems (MED-BUY).
• Review, route, and execute procurement contracts and leases for School of Medicine and SIU HealthCare.
• Draft a wide range of procurement-related contracts and negotiate with vendors and legal counsel.
• Maintain centralized electronic contract repository and ensure data integrity and timely renewal of contracts.
