Impact Fire Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Contract Procurement Specialist in Southborough, MA to manage the full contract lifecycle. You will review terms, negotiate with customers, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Sales, and leadership to ensure compliant and favorable agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall contract process from initiation to execution.
• Review contract terms and revise for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate space, price escalation review with regional manager.
• Lead negotiations on complex terms with customers and internal teams.
• Track master agreements and changes; maintain filing and bidding folders.
• Draft amendments and riders as needed and manage signatures.
• Coordinate COI process and serve as point of contact for stakeholders.
• Handle OCIP/CCIP enrollment paperwork and signatures.
• Process performance and payment bond requests with bonds team.
